The cockpit is area where the pilot spends the entire flight time. This can take all day and should therefore be adequately equipped, orderly and comfortable.
The cockpit refinish includes:
- painting of the side walls, seating area and the back
- painting of the instrument cover
- painting of the plexiglass frame on the inside
- painting of smaller parts
- changing of the upholstery
- changing of the old labels with the new
If necessary, we remove all the paint off the obsolete parts and then apply anti-corrosion protection and repaint it.
Prior to painting, we close off any other apertures with GFRP and repair damaged or worn out parts.
If requested, we install additional instruments (pneumatic and electric), various switches, micro-switches with a buzzer (wheel, air brakes, flaps, ...), we may renew the old instrument panel or replace it with a new one.
Upon your request, we also offer design services of the cockpit interior, in cooperation with a recognised industrial designer.
